The rooms offer great value for the price and have very clean beds. The location is peaceful and convenient, being close to Great Yarmouth, local pubs, and restaurants.

The venue was in a central location close to Great Yarmouth, The Broads, Lowestoft, the local pubs / restaurants and the garden at 7a.m . We loved being there and would definitely book here again.

Some people working there were chatty.

It was so peaceful around here, and the breakfast was just awesome! the room was really a good deal, had everything you needed, and even had smoke detectors for safety 👍.
